Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd at Changi Airport is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain public areas and washrooms, assist room cleaning staff, and support housekeeping operations. The role involves physical work, standing for long periods, and willingness to work shifts.

Salary is SGD 14 per hour on a 3-month renewable contract with shifts arranged according to operational needs and staff availability.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public areas, including changing rooms and public washrooms, in accordance with housekeeping and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular checks of public areas to ensure cleanliness, replenish supplies, clear rubbish, and wipe down surfaces as required.
• Clean, wash, and replenish supplies in public washrooms to maintain proper hygiene and guest readiness.
• Assist room cleaning staff by stripping used linen and clearing rubbish from check-out rooms.
• Assist with making up check-out rooms and other room cleaning duties as assigned.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Transport rubbish to the designated Bin Centre at Basement 2 (B2).
• Ensure furniture, fixtures, and surfaces are clean, dust-free, and presentable for guest use.
• Report lost-and-found items, maintenance defects, and any irregularities to the Supervisor promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support housekeeping operations.

Job Details:

Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $14/hr
Duration: 3 months (renewable contract)
Working hours: Shifts will be arranged based on operational requirements and employee availability, subject to applicable part-time employment requirements. Work schedules and deployment will vary according to operational needs.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively.
• Postive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and handle housekeeping tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to support operational needs and work as part of a team.

This role involves physical work, including prolonged standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, handling used linen, and transporting rubbish.
