Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Crew for a hotpot outlet in Singapore.

The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring timely service across rotating shifts. You will work six days a week with 44 hours and handle payments, stock, and kitchen communication while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Salary starts from 2,200 SGD to 3,000 SGD plus overtime and VB.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Respond to inquiries and handle complaints promptly.
• Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with kitchen and crew to ensure timely preparation.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area and assist with setting up/clearing tables.
• Handle payment transactions and manage stocking/storage of items.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and prepare soup base and ingredients.
• Support kitchen stewarding and maintain kitchen hygiene.
