Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Service Crew (Hotpot) in Singapore. Working days are six with 44 hours weekly, on a rotating shift schedule.

Location at Bukit Timah (King Albert Park). Salary ranges from 2,200 to 3,000 SGD plus overtime and VB benefits. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, handling inquiries, serving food and drinks, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with the kitchen and fellow service crew to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and stored.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Preparing of soup base with precision and consistency, steamboat ingredients and condiments.
• Kitchen Stewarding, which consists of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dish washing and operating of kitchen equipment.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
