Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Service Crew (Hotpot) in Bukit Timah. You will greet customers, take orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely service of food and beverages.

You will assist in maintaining cleanliness and handling payments while following health and safety guidelines in a busy dining environment. Service Crew (Hotpot)

Working days & Hours: 6days , 44hrs (Rotate shifts)

(Operating hours: 10am-11pm Weekdays, 10am-1am Weekends)

Location: Bukit Timah (King Albert Park)

Salary: Basic 2200 - $3000 + OT + VB

Job Description:

• Greet customers and take their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with the kitchen and fellow service crew to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and stored.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Preparing of soup base with precision and consistency, steamboat ingredients and condiments.
• Kitchen Stewarding, which consists of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dish washing and operating of kitchen equipment.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
