Job summary

Furama City Centre in Singapore seeks an Inhouse Security Executive to oversee daily security operations at the hotel. You will deploy and supervise security officers, monitor CCTV, and lead the hotel’s Emergency Response Team during incidents.

Qualifications

• Duties include daily attendance record management and supervision of Security Officers.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to identify defects or issues in the premises.
• Lead the Emergency Response Team and coordinate with hotel departments during incidents.
• Ensure fire exit routes and locking devices are functional and maintained.
• Attend fire safety drills and provide on-the-job training to Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Daily Attendance Record.
• Deploy and supervise Security Officers.
• Inspect fire safety equipment and ensure readiness.
• Lead CERT and respond to emergencies.
• Keep Security Manager informed of incidents and issues.
• Maintain carpark flow and manage minor breakdowns at carpark.
• Assist in door locks, safes, and guest room security.
• Monitor CCTV and report defects to relevant departments.
