Job summary

Furama City Centre in Singapore invites applications for an Inhouse Security Executive. This full-time role supports hotel security operations, daily patrols, CCTV monitoring and incident response within the property.

You will supervise security officers, maintain attendance records, lead the CERT, conduct fire safety checks and assist guests as needed. Shift is rotating 08:00–20:00, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,905.

Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain Daily Attendance Record.
• Deployment and supervision of Security Officers(s).
• Report to the relevant departments regarding defects or problem areas observed during daily patrol.
• Inspect and ensure that all Fire Exit and locking devices are in good working condition.
• Lead the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).
• Inspect and maintain all fire fighting equipment.
• Render first aid to injured persons as and when needed.
• Maintain the First Aid box and ensure sufficient supplies.
• Put up Daily Security Report.
• Ensure smooth flow of traffic at the carpark and car parking discipline.
• Attend to minor breakdown calls at the carpark and rectify defects at carpark machines.
• Assist in maintaining guest room door locks and safes.
• Monitor CCTV.
• Attend Fire Safety training and participate in Fire Evacuation Drills.
• Train Security Officers on Fire Safety Briefing.
• Conduct On-The-Job Training for Security Officers.
• Keep Security Manager posted on matters of interest involving the Hotel and department.
• Any other duties as required by Security Manager.

• Assist in maintaining the guest room door locks and safes
• Monitoring of CCTVs
• Attend Fire Safety training and participate in Fire Evacuation Drills.
• Train the Security Officer on how to conduct Fire Safety Briefing.
• Conduct ‘On Job Training’ (On-The-Job) for Security Officers.
• To keep the Security Manager posted on all matters of interest involving the Hotel and the department.
• Any other duties that may be required of him by the Security Manager from time to time.
