Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist in Singapore (Jurong East) to support indoor and outdoor client activities. You will manage relationships with hotel clients, drive sales of hotel amenities, and coordinate orders from inquiry to fulfilment.

The role operates Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with a mix of office tasks and field visits, offering a monthly salary around 2,800 SGD and growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality product supply environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality industry or product supply is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
• Drive sales and promote the company’s range of hotel amenities and products.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.
