Job summary

HOTELS CHECK INN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a housekeeping team member responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to high cleanliness and comfort standards, responding to guest requests, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a welcoming and flawless stay.

You will make up rooms daily, replace amenities, remove trash, greet guests, and uphold hygiene and cleanliness with attention to detail. A positive attitude, basic cleaning knowledge, and ability to multitask are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Team player with effective interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report lost and found items promptly to reception for proper handling
• Notify Housekeeping Manager of any defects requiring repair or rectification
