Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to head the Finance Department in Singapore. You will oversee accounting, payroll, AP/AR, income audit, cost control and IT, ensuring timely financial statements and strong controls in a hospitality setting.

You will collaborate with the GM and department heads to improve financial performance, manage cash, and deliver accurate forecasts and budgets. A CPA/CA/ACCA and a decade of finance leadership in hotels are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance/accounting, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance Department including Accounting, Payroll, AP/AR, Income Audit, Purchasing, Cost Control, General Cashier, Internal Control, Store Receiving, Credit, and IT.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and monthly P&L reports.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, inventory, payroll, and cash management with strong internal controls.
• Drive financial planning and forecasting within company standards.
