Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance leader to manage the hotel’s financial operations in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end accounting, monthly closings, P&L reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

You will drive cost management, maintain robust controls over cash flow, revenue, expenditure and inventory, and partner with the General Manager and department heads to optimize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel's end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage monthly closing, P&L reporting, budgeting and rolling financial forecasts.
• Track financial performance and provide insights on variances, risks and areas for improvement.
• Drive effective cost management across the hotel, including Food & Beverage and operational expenses.
• Maintain strong controls over revenue, expenditure, cash flow, purchasing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company financial requirements.
• Work closely with the General Manager and department heads on budgeting, financial planning and business performance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, government agencies and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
• Provide commercial and financial advice to management to support business decisions and improve profitability.
