Job summary

Orchard Hotel Singapore is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and execute designs for print and digital marketing materials, including ads, brochures, posters, EDMs and social content. You will support photoshoots, coordinate with departments, and manage projects from concept to production in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will ensure brand consistency across campaigns and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Visual Communication or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; PowerPoint literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive and team-oriented in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Adaptable and motivated to drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative designs for the Hotel’s print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, posters, EDMs, social media content and promotional collaterals.
• Support photoshoots, videos and other creative productions as required.
• Work closely with various departments to provide creative support for branding, marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Manage design projects from concept development to final production, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Ensure all materials adhere to Millennium Hotels & Resorts corporate brand guidelines and design specifications.
• Liaise with external vendors and production partners when required.
• Keep up with current design trends and creative practices to bring fresh ideas to the Hotel’s marketing initiatives.
