Job summary

GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE is seeking a Host to deliver outstanding service and ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent, with at least 6 months of experience in hotel operations.

The role requires excellent customer relations skills, fluency in spoken Chinese, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Host is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office within the Rooms Division.

• Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
• Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
• Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
• Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in spoken Chinese (required to speak to Chinese guests)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
