Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a high-end residential property, ensuring flawless daily operation and seamless guest service
• Oversee the daily operations of the apartment and manage all departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage
• Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
• Ensuring high levels of service satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
• Planning maintenance work, events
• Ensure safety and hygiene in work areas
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure all facilities and rooms are well maintained and meet safety standards
