Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Operations Management.
• 2–4 years in a supervisory role within commercial/industrial laundry or hospitality back-of-house operations.
• Experience with hotel linen contracts or guest laundry is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication and ability to liaise with hotel clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry with time-sensitive delivery.
• Supervise shift workers, train staff on tagging and care label interpretation, and schedule manpower.
• Enforce QC checks, track item-tracking systems, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries with drivers and manage daily/weekly operational reports.
