Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Linen Attendant to manage linen, uniforms, and related inventory to support daily housekeeping operations. You will receive, sort, store, and distribute linens and uniforms, while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the hotel.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and reliability as key assets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, or linen operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Basic communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize all hotel linens and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Check team member uniforms for wear and tear and send for cleaning or repair when required.
• Ensure uniforms are properly maintained, organized, and readily available for distribution.
• Maintain orderly storage systems for all linen and uniform items.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and related supplies.
• Keep accurate records of linen movement and inventory usage.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits as required.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure timely fulfilment of linen and supply requests.
• Ensure smooth flow of linen between laundry, storage, and operational areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized linen room at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for handling soiled and clean linen.
• Adhere strictly to hotel Health & Safety regulations at all times.
