Hilton Singapore Orchard is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper who will create a welcoming, spotless environment for guests and reflect the hotel’s hospitality values. You’ll lead a team, monitor cleanliness standards, and coordinate with departments to ensure exceptional stays.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to respond to guest needs promptly. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Formación

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead a team, solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Housekeeping experience with leadership is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure ultimate comfort, cleanliness and safety for all the guests as expected in Hilton Singapore Orchard.
• Coordinate tasks and supervise outside contractors working in the hotel premises.
• Establish and maintain accurate inventory records on cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Review all work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor daily assignments for guest rooms cleaning and ensure proper quotas for productivity.
• Establish safe working environment and effective communication with departments.
