Job summary

Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function for its hospitality-focused unit, partnering closely with hotel leadership on day-to-day accounting and cost control.

This hands-on, business-facing role provides ownership of a full business unit's finances, including hotel accounting, revenue reporting, cost management, and compliance, with a collaborative, fast-paced team environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience; hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in group structures, supporting multiple entities.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Hands-on, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Own hotel-specific accounting, including room revenue recognition, occupancy reporting, and F&B costing.
• Review PMS and OTA settlement data for accuracy.
• Monitor operating costs and provide cost-control recommendations to management.
• Track pre-opening and project expenditures against budgets.
• Prepare statutory reports and coordinate with stakeholders for timely reporting and compliance.
• Prepare monthly revenue declarations and comply with airport authority submissions.
• Manage day-to-day financial activities and month-end close for the Company.
• Prepare and review monthly/periodic management reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure records comply with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee year-end audit and ensure timely financial returns.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on finance matters.
• Lead a small team.
