Responsibilities

• Set up the restaurant before service.
• Welcoming and looking after our guests.
• Managing reservations and enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Serving food and drinks while creating a warm, memorable dining experience.
• Learning our menu to confidently recommend dishes and explain the concept.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and service-ready.
• Managing beverage stock and assisting with inventory.
• Supporting the kitchen with simple prep work when required.
• Working closely with both the kitchen and service team to deliver a great guest experience.
