Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a space planning and layout development professional to support clinical and non-clinical tenant projects in a Medical Tower setting. You will coordinate planning options, review drawings, and ensure user requirements are reflected in the design.

You will engage clinical users, document decisions, and prepare clear meeting minutes and planning reports to support approvals and consultant engagement. Degree in Architecture required.

Responsibilities

• Support space planning layouts reflecting adjacency, workflow, and functional requirements.
• Conduct test fits and present planning options to clinical leads and senior management.
• Review drawings to verify user requirements and the Schedule of Accommodation at each stage.
• Coordinate FF&E requirements and document furniture and equipment needs.
• Facilitate planning meetings, capture requirements, and prepare accurate minutes.
