Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to lead horticulture teams across multiple sites in Singapore. You will oversee daily landscaping, irrigation and maintenance, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on planning, procurement and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise horticulture teams, technicians and contractors.
• Oversee daily landscaping, horticulture, irrigation and maintenance works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, contract and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders on site activities.
• Plan work schedules, manpower resources and ad-hoc landscaping projects.
• Manage reports, contracts, tenders and procurement of materials.
• Recommend landscape improvements and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure workplace safety and health requirements.
• Support sustainability initiatives and assist with proposals.

Job description

• Salary: $2500 - $3500
• Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Saturday)

Requirement
