WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to provide personalised nursing care in Singapore.

The role involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, wound care, nutrition support, and assisting with daily living activities. You will collaborate with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Applicants must have SNB registration and a nursing diploma or degree.

Qualifications

• SNB registration is required to practice in Singapore.
• Nursing diploma or degree from a recognised institution.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalised nursing care based on the patient’s care plan.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility and daily living activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with doctors, family members and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover of care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patient.

Responsibilities for Staff Nurse:

• Provide personalised nursing care based on the patient’s individual needs and care plan.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, health condition and overall well-being.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility and other activities of daily living.
• Communicate and collaborate with doctors, family members and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover of patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patient.

Qualifications for Staff Nurse:

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Relevant nursing experience in hospital, home care, private nursing or community care will be an advantage.
• Good clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient and responsible with a strong commitment to quality patient care.
• Able to work independently and adapt to the patient’s individual needs.
