Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. You will provide personalised nursing care based on each patient’s care plan, monitor vital signs and support families as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Applicants must hold SNB registration and a nursing diploma or degree; prior hospital or home-care experience is advantageous. Strong communication, compassion, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities for Staff Nurse:

• Provide personalised nursing care based on the patient's individual needs and care plan.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, health condition and overall well-being.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required.
• Assist with wound care, feeding, mobility and other activities of daily living.
• Communicate and collaborate with doctors, family members and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover of patient care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the patient.

Qualifications for Staff Nurse:

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Relevant nursing experience in hospital, home care, private nursing or community care will be an advantage.
• Good clinical knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient and responsible with a strong commitment to quality patient care.
• Able to work independently and adapt to the patient's individual needs.
