PeopleSolve invites skilled nurses to join our team in providing high-quality home nursing care to patients across Singapore. You will perform bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and deliver essential services with compassion during home visits.

Applicants should hold a nursing diploma/degree, be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, and be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Relevant geriatric/ICU experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Perform nursing care and bedside care including vital signs and medication administration.
• Provide nursing services such as feeding tube, catheter, dressing changes.
• Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.

Responsabilités

• Conduct home nursing visits with safe, competent, and individualized care.
• Perform safety checks on home care equipment.
• Communicate and build rapport with patients and families or caregivers.
• Perform other nursing duties as required.
