Job summary

ST Logistics is seeking a Higher / Executive - Quality Assurance to coordinate daily quality control activities and ensure products and shipments meet quality requirements. The role supports quality plans, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across the department.

Responsibilities include managing customer-related quality issues, coordinating audits, and delivering QA training while maintaining documentation and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality assurance principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform.
• Diploma or Degree in pharmaceutical science or health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day quality control activities and adhere to production schedule.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and support audit requirements.
• Identify root causes and propose CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Maintain and improve document control measures and QMS documentation.

The Higher / Executive - Quality Assurance coordinates and perform day to day quality control activities adhere to production schedule and inspects incoming, in-process and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements. He/She is able to support and customized Quality Plans for customers and recommends solutions to address quality queries, customer complaints and audit requirements. He should have the knowledge in regulatory affairs and compliance standards to align the organisation's QMS with international and national regulatory standards for compliance.

In addition, he should propose continuous improvement and enhance department operations. he is able to perform tasks on designing documentation guidelines and templates, as well as delivers quality-related training.

The Higher Executive - Quality Assurance has an eye for details and able to carry out his tasks and managed priorities and address multi-faceted issues effectively. He should good communication skills which enables him to interact with groups of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships

• Handle records and documentation of customer engagements
• Recommend customer requests that deviate from signed contractual agreement at the guidance of the manager
• Support and handle customer dissatisfaction of products, service standards while working with relevant parties to resolve issues.
• Propose and review product services/technical nuances related to product and services and/or product and service offerings.

Manage people, finance and organisational development

• Coordinate with cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders to deliver work outcomes.
• Coordinate department's retention efforts
• Support in on-the-job training and performance improvement opportunities

Facilitate achievement of quality expectations and standards

• Identify Quality activities and generate monthly report for near miss, complaints, non-conformance products and deviation reports and ensure the results to meet KPIs.
• Conduct internal and external quality audit programmes.
• Support complaint management activities, including investigation and vigilance reporting, quality incidence (non-conformity), and deviation and incidents handling and reporting.

Perform quality control activities

• Execute and coordinate day to day quality control activities adhere to production schedule.
• Perform and monitor inspection of incoming, in-process and outgoing products/shipments for adherence to quality requirements.
• Identify investigation root cause and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Support facility maintenance for critical equipment
• Support maintenance programme
• Identify engineering projects.
• Propose the implementation of maintenance and engineering risk assessments, processes and work instructions

Manage document control measures

• Maintain electronic and hardcopy documentation to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and requirements.
• Support documentation management system
• Manage information in the document management system, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility by appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage the update and distribution of documents.
• Support information needed for audits of the documentation management system.
• Record results of document control audits

Manage Quality related training

• Support training on QMS, regulatory and other requirements
• Support training programmes and materials for QMS, regulatory and other requirements
• Perform and monitor training outcomes to identify gaps and design new and revised training programmes accordingly.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 / quality assurance principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• 1-3 year of relevant experience
• Diploma/Degree in pharmaceutical science or health science or related field
