Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management across the organization. You will work with project managers and stakeholders to align plans with business targets.

The role involves analyzing data in Power BI and Excel, maintaining ERP systems (SAP/TM1), and supporting weekly shipping and stock allocation with a focus on forecast accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Power BI, Excel and MS Office tools.
• ERP environment familiarity, preferably SAP and TM1.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor demand to plan supply and forecast accuracy.
• Schedule and conduct inventory/forecast meetings with Project Managers.
• Maintain forecasting and procurement systems and monitor slow-moving items.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure visibility of demand, supply, and shipments.
• Perform weekly stock allocation and support shipment schedules.
