Job summary

Kuubiik is seeking an experienced Trading System Engineer in Singapore to design and optimize ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure. You will develop core components powering high-frequency operations and work closely with quantitative traders and engineers.

The role demands hands-on coding proficiency in C++ and/or Rust, systems architecture mastery, and a track record shipping reliable, production-grade software in latency-sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years building low-latency trading or quantitative systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading architectures.
• Proficient in C++ and/or Rust with production-ready systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop low-latency, high-throughput trading systems supporting algorithmic trading strategies.
• Build and maintain reliable connectivity with exchanges, brokers, and blockchain protocols.
• Develop core components for trade execution, order management, and real-time market data processing.
• Optimise system performance through profiling, debugging, and architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with quantitative traders to translate trading strategies into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Design flexible system architectures to support growing trading volumes and evolving market opportunities.
• Ensure system reliability, operational stability, and uptime in latency-sensitive trading environments.
