Job summary

sggovterp is inviting applications for a leadership role in Architecture Conservation and Urban Design as part of the Greater Sentosa Master Plan. You will guide conservation strategies and ensure alignment with broader planning frameworks.

You will work with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive heritage projects, plan urban design guidelines, and oversee development phasing and tender processes for the GSMP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Conservation, Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Minimum relevant experience in conservation redevelopment, urban planning and design processes.
• Registration with Singapore's BOA or SIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Architecture & Conservation Urban Design strategies to drive masterplanning work for heritage-related developments within the GSMP.
• Coordinate with planning and technical agencies on conservation planning works for GSMP and national policies.
• Plan, conduct heritage research, heritage impact assessments, and conservation management for GSMP phases.
• Contribute to development of Architecture & Conservation Urban Design Guidelines for parcels and public spaces.
• Coordinate and implement development plans considering density, placemaking, transport, and sustainability goals.
• Manage phasing timelines and tender packages to implement the master plan.
