Job summary

BotDigit Inc. seeks an experienced freelance bookkeeper to manage data ingestion, processing, and financial administration with clear deliverables and on-schedule delivery.

You will import source data, establish processing rules, verify samples, perform full processing with an audit trail and final reconciliation, and provide regular async updates to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and invoicing.
• Async communication preferred with milestone check-ins.
• All financial files stay strictly within the platform workspace.
• Daily or bi-daily async progress updates required.
