Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Hearing Aid Specialist in Singapore to assess hearing needs and recommend suitable solutions.

You will fit, program and dispense hearing aids, provide aftercare, and support elderly clients with clear guidance in English and Mandarin. Training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities for professional development and customer-focused care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist preferred.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in hearing healthcare are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing tests and identify clients' hearing needs
• Recommend suitable hearing aids and assistive hearing solutions
• Fit, programme and dispense hearing aids
• Guide clients on the proper use and care of their hearing devices
• Provide counselling, troubleshooting and follow-up support
• Arrange regular check-ups and follow up with clients on their progress
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Manage hearing aid and accessory inventory
• Ensure the hearing centre remains clean, organised and welcoming
• Participate in team activities, training and vendor events
• Provide support at other centres when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support clients who communicate primarily in these languages
• Comfortable recommending appropriate hearing solutions based on clients' needs
• Training will be provided to suitable fresh graduates
