Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives in healthcare. You will plan resources, manage budgets, drive procurement, and coordinate cross-functional teams including users, external vendors and AI engineers to deliver on scope, time and quality.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT project management, a Master in IT and a Bachelor's in CS, with cloud and data integration knowledge.

Qualifications

Masters in Information Technology and a Bachelor in Computer Sciences are required.
8–12 years in IT project management, with 2–3 years in technology or digital transformation.
Healthcare domain experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of foundation model architectures (LLM) and AI frameworks is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud, APIs, data integration, DevSecOps/CI/CD, cybersecurity and IT governance.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage manpower resources, procurement activities, and project budgets to meet objectives.
Lead project teams, vendors, and stakeholders across scope, schedule and quality parameters.
Establish project governance, change control, risk and issue management within the PM framework.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, deliverables and testing plans.
Coordinate end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and reporting to steering committees.
