Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master\u2019s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R with healthcare analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Office.
• Strong expertise in health services research, applied statistics, study design, and outcome evaluation.
• Experience developing AI/ML-driven solutions and predictive modelling.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Healthcare setting experience (45 years) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research: collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate ideas, design studies, and analyze datasets using statistics and ML.
• Operations: support descriptive analytics and quality improvement projects to embed data-driven decision-making in daily operations.
