Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Data Operations Engineer to lead critical modernization projects, including Healthcare Data Analytics Platform migration and advanced analytics infrastructure for ML operations.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with infrastructure and compliance teams to ensure secure, scalable data workflows. The role focuses on Databricks, Spark, AWS, and MLOps, with an emphasis on reliability, cost control, and comprehensive operational

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in system operations/compliance/management.
• AWS project experience is a must and cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production data pipelines with 99.9% uptime.
• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems.
• Perform health checks on performance and resource utilization.
• Manage incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies for Databricks assets.
• Tune Spark jobs and cluster configurations for cost and efficiency.
• Maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and upgrades with minimal business impact.
• Manage user access and security policies in application environments.
