Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifesciences Division) is seeking Temp/Perm contact center staff to handle patient and healthcare professional inquiries during office hours islandwide. Training is provided and immediate start is required.

You will manage data entry, liaise with doctors and nurses, and deliver friendly, accurate information about the healthcare industry. Ideal candidates have at least GCE A Levels, are available to work five days a week, and are ready to join promptly.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'A' Levels.
• No experience needed; all training provided.
• Willing to work office hours, 5 days a week.
• Immediate start is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle call enquires for doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Provide information and excellent customer service related to the healthcare industry.
• Help doctors take notes and emails and liaise with stakeholders.
• Data entry of particulars and updating the database system.
