• Define strategic account focus and goals aligned with customer vision, working with internal stakeholders to drive growth.
• Advise executives on cloud- and AI-enabled transformation strategies to reimagine healthcare services.
• Partner with leaders to accelerate adoption and drive strategic programs and account growth.
• Identify and engage strategic partners to extend value and co-develop solutions.
• Create Think Big opportunities and deliver new initiatives with customers and partners.
• Translate customer requirements to technical teams and quantify benefits.
