This role is pivotal in leading healthcare billing excellence and implementing the National Billing System. You will be responsible for overseeing billing processes, developing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with configurations in SAP-ISH and eCCAP. Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy or Business Administration and at least five years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance field; 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Billing staff to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Administer the charging and billing rules in SAP-ISH & eCCAP systems.
• Handle public enquiries and complaints professionally.
