Job summary

NTU Centre of AI in Medicine (C-AIM) seeks a Research Assistant/Research Associate to support daily operations and strategic research in healthcare AI implementation. You will help manage AVIT infrastructure, assist in survey design, data collection and analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline relevant to behavioral healthcare AI implementation research.
• Experience with behavioral, communication, psychology or social science research methods is required.
• Ability to support healthcare AI implementation studies in clinical or organizational settings.
• Proficiency with qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily centre operations, AVIT setup and infrastructure readiness for meetings and events.
• Coordinate survey design, interviews, focus groups and observational studies related to healthcare AI.
• Assist with recruitment, consent; collect data and maintain documentation for studies.
• Prepare and analyse qualitative, quantitative or mixed-methods data and report findings.
• Contribute to needs assessment, workflow mapping and translation of research into implementation recommendations.
• Assist with grant proposals, project reports and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
