Job summary

NTU Centre of AI in Medicine (C-AIM) seeks a Research Assistant / Research Associate to support daily operational needs and strategic research priorities. The role covers AVIT infrastructure, procurement, audits, and coordination while providing data science and AI/ML modelling support for healthcare AI projects.

The candidate will prepare technical summaries, model outputs, and documentation, and will collaborate with internal and external partners to translate AI innovations into practical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Research Assistant) or Master’s (Research Associate) degree in a quantitative field.
• Training or experience in data science, statistics, machine learning or NLP methods.
• Ability to support healthcare AI studies with data prep, modelling and evaluation.
• Strong data handling of structured and unstructured datasets and reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and AVIT infrastructure for C-AIM.
• Assist with healthcare AI data science projects, modelling and validation.
• Develop reproducible analytical workflows, scripts and dashboards.
• Prepare technical summaries, outputs and notes for meetings and grant proposals.
