Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), and data collation
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors
