THE STRAITS MEDICAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Accounts Manager in Singapore to lead our accounts, claims, billing and receivables across the group.

You will oversee Medisave and insurance claims, plus receivables, while supporting and developing the team and working closely with clinics, insurers and TPAs. We value an organised, hands-on leader who solves problems and has strong knowledge of healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business or healthcare admin.
• At least 5 years in healthcare accounts, billing or claims.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medisave and insurance/TPA processes.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end Medisave and insurance claims across the organisation.
• Ensure accurate, prompt submissions per requirements.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Review complex claims and billing matters.
• Liaise with insurers, TPAs, and corporate partners on claims and payments.
• Oversee AR and AP across clinics and patient balances.
• Monitor payment collections and overdue accounts.
• Reconcile claims, payments and receipts.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Provide regular updates to management on receivables.
• Train and supervise the healthcare accounts team.
• Develop SOPs and improve workflows.
