Job summary

National University of Singapore’s Centre for Research in Health Systems Performance (CRiHSP) invites applications for a full-time research role at Kent Ridge Campus. The post focuses on managing health systems research projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will conduct literature reviews, lead qualitative interviews, and contribute to protocol, manuscripts and reports, with opportunities to present findings at international conferences.

Qualifications

• Masters in Life Sciences, Health & Social Sciences
• Experience in planning, managing and implementing healthcare-related research projects, from conception to completion, in a University setting (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in using a range qualitative research methods (essential)
• Track record of publishing in international peer‑reviewed journals (desirable)
• Researchers with existing research activities related to Value Based Health Care, patient reported outcomes or patient reported experiences of care are particularly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Contribute to management of research activities including grant and IRB/DSRB applications, budgeting and monitoring timelines
• Conduct literature reviews and synthesis of the literature
• Support design, data collection, analysis and interpretation of qualitative interviews
• Contribute to and lead protocol, manuscript and report writing and submission
• Present work for feedback and dissemination at workshops or conferences locally and/or internationally
