Job summary

The National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine invites applications for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher. The successful candidate will establish an independent research programme in health services and policy research, with a focus on translating evidence into real-world health improvements.

Reporting to the CRiHSP Director of Research, the role includes supervising junior staff, coordinating data collection and analysis, and contributing to funded projects.

Qualifications

• PhD in Health Services Research, Public Health, Health Policy or closely related field (essential).
• Post-doctoral experience in health services research (essential).
• Experience publishing in international peer-reviewed journals (essential).

Responsibilities

• Establish an independent research programme aligned with CRiHSP priorities by securing external funding.
• Supervise junior research staff in data collection, analysis and dissemination.
• Contribute to research programmes led by others in CRiHSP.
• Curate clinical and other routinely collected data across NUHS to support Value-Based Healthcare research.
• Supervise and train clinicians on the evaluation fellowship programme; mentor students and junior researchers.
