Health Research Fellow: Built Environment & Implementation

Job summary

The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) within SingHealth invites applications for a senior researcher to lead projects investigating how the built environment affects health and integrates health and social care. You will work with the Principal Investigator and partners on study design, grant proposals, and plan execution.

You will oversee study quality, timelines and budgets, while preparing abstracts, posters, manuscripts and reports.

Qualifications

• PhD with at least 3 years of population health research experience.
• Experience in design and health research will be an advantage.
• Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills.
• Proficiency in using advanced data analytics software (SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (NVivo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, and an independent team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop grant proposals and study plans for signature research programmes.
• Assist with study design and planning.
• Oversee process and quality of study execution, timelines and budget.
• Prepare abstracts, posters, manuscripts and reports.
• Lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision.
