4S is hiring for a caregiver supervisor to support residents at our welfare homes in Singapore. The role involves supervising residents during grooming and daily living activities, assisting with daily needs, and accompanying programmes or outings.

The job requires working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. It also includes ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of premises across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Work Location

The Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, and the work location will be either Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street, or Buangkok Green.

• Acacia Home is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 250 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Admiralty Street.
• Bukit Batok Home for the Aged is a three-storey facility with a capacity of 195 beds, catering male and female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Bukit Batok.
• Tembusu Home at Pelangi Village is a seven-storey facility with a capacity of 190 beds, catering male destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.
• Thuja Home at Pelangi Village is a four-storey facility with a capacity of 239 beds, catering to female destitute persons. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.
