Job summary

4S Welfare Homes seeks compassionate caregivers to support destitute residents across four homes: Acacia Home (Admiralty Street), Bukit Batok Home for the Aged, Tembusu Home (Pelangi Village), and Thuja Home (Pelangi Village). You will plan and supervise resident well-being, and implement activities to improve quality of life.

Qualifications include a Diploma in any discipline and willingness to rotate shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays; adherence to SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the care and well-being of residents.
• Design and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain monthly interview records for residents.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment within the Home.
• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the Home’s premises.
