Novartis Asia Pacific Pharmaceuticals Pte. Ltd is seeking a seasoned Value & Access leader to shape regional patient access strategies across APMA. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging payers, and guiding pricing and reimbursement decisions in multiple markets.

The Head of Value & Access Immunology & Neuroscience will lead launch readiness, develop tools and training, and drive analytics to improve access performance while aligning with enterprise direction.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, business administration, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with leadership in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or policy.
• Proven track record of developing and executing access strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging payers, HTA bodies, health authorities, and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute V&A strategy across the region, aligning international direction with country needs.
• Lead launch readiness, ensure high-quality deliverables and cross-functional risk management.
• Accelerate access performance using dashboards, analytics, and insights to scale learning.
• Influence pricing decisions with regional input on assumptions, profitability, and cross-country pricing.
• Shape external environment with Public Affairs to address market access barriers and reimbursement pathways.
• Build regional capability with tools, training, and communities of practice across pricing, HTA, and evidence generation.
• Lead through collaboration, unite regional and country teams, and role-model ethics and enterprise mindset.
