Novartis is seeking a Region V&A Therapeutic Area Head to translate international access strategies into locally relevant plans across APMA markets in Singapore. You will influence asset-level strategy through integrated teams and enable countries to secure timely, sustainable, value-based patient access.

Lead readiness, pricing inputs, and cross-country collaboration with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, and Public Affairs.

Formación

• Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, business administration, or related field (MBA an advantage).
• 15+ years pharma industry experience with leadership in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or policy.
• Proven record developing and executing access strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience engaging payers, HTA bodies, health authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of pricing, reimbursement, evidence, scenario planning, contracting, and value communication.
• International or above-country experience across multiple markets; country V&A experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex access challenges into clear strategies and measurable improvements.
• Commercial or P&L experience would be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute V&A strategy across the region, aligning international direction with country needs.
• Lead launch readiness through V&A contributions and cross-functional risk management.
• Accelerate access performance using dashboards and insights to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Influence pricing decisions with regional input on pricing assumptions and profitability.
• Shape the external environment by partnering with Public Affairs to address market access barriers.
• Build regional capability with tools, training, and communities of practice across pricing, HTA, and evidence generation.
• Lead through collaboration by uniting regional and country teams and promoting ethics and enterprise mindset.
