Job summary

Randstad Singapore is assisting an established digital agency in Singapore with growth in search engine capabilities. The role focuses on leading organic search strategies, GEO/AI discovery, and team development to drive sustainable growth beyond 2026.

You will mentor a team of search specialists, conduct technical audits, and collaborate on business development through audits and strategic pitches. Strong analytics and stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading search strategy and technical SEO.
• GEO/AI search experience preferred.
• Willingness to step into management.
• Experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Strong understanding of search intent, structured data, and content mapping.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic search performance and digital visibility for clients.
• Lead organic search and AI discovery across channels.
• Conduct technical audits, site reviews, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Mentor a team of search specialists and ensure quality delivery.
• Support business development with audits, proposals, and pitches.
