Job summary

Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor for security and ELV systems. You will plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and lead engineers and technicians to meet SLA commitments.

You will ensure documentation, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with suppliers and government-sector customers. A relevant degree or diploma plus 5–8 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in security/ELV or related technical services.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing maintenance contracts and service teams preferred.
• Government project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage maintenance activities for security systems.
• Oversee CCTV, IP cameras, access control, readers, intrusions, and related infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance engineers and technicians; assign daily work and service calls.
• Ensure safety, compliance, documentation, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams for maintenance delivery.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and performance metrics.
