Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Total experience of 10+ years in education.
• Leadership experience of 5+ years in a senior role (Principal/VP) at an international school.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Pearson Edexcel Curriculum (IG/A-Level).
• Proven track record of inclusive leadership, problem-solving, and student support.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic, operational, and academic leadership to ensure high educational standards and compliance.
• Lead curriculum management, teaching oversight, and quality assurance.
• Manage school operations, budgeting, and policy implementation.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Drive student recruitment, admissions, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the school at local and international education events.
