Job summary

Aquariux Fintech seeks an experienced Lead QA Automation Engineer to define and drive QA and test automation strategy across products, lead a team of QA engineers, and establish modern automation and AI-assisted engineering practices.

You will own test strategy, automation architecture, and team performance, partnering with PM/BA and engineering leads to deliver high-quality products that meet business and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 6–8 years in software test automation with leadership experience.
• Fluent English for business communication.
• Experience with AI to improve speed, coverage, quality.
• Strong mentorship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own automation delivery and framework health.
• Plan and allocate work based on priorities.
• Ensure automation aligns with standards and AI tooling.
• Coach and mentor automation engineers.
• Participate in hiring and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain test plans and documentation.
